Booking & Cancellation Policy
All appointment bookings for golf club fitting sessions must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Liability and Waiver
Customers participate in the sessions at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
PFX Golf Singapore shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses in any form, incurred during the golf club fitting sessions.
Payment Terms & Conditions
All Payment for golf club fitting sessions and any additional services must be made in full at the time of booking or upon completion of the session.
PFX Golf accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other accepted forms of payment.
Equipment and Property Matters
Customers are responsible for any damage or loss caused to PFX Golf’s equipment, property, or facilities during their visit to PFX Golf Singapore..
Any intentional damage, theft or acts of disservice may result in legal action taken against parties involved, under the jurisdictional laws of Singapore.
PDPA Policy
PFX Golf respects the privacy of its customers and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Personal information provided during the booking process or during the golf club fitting sessions will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Modifications to Services
PFX Golf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, equipment, or facilities provided without prior notice.
In the event of such changes & where deemed necessary, customers will be notified and offered suitable alternatives, if available.
Code of Conduct
Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during their visit to PFX Golf.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to, harassment, aggression, or violation of facility rules, may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
Governing Laws & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
